Economic Development Assistance Program 2023
The City of Paris offers Economic Development Assistance for landowners and businesses in Paris, with a preference for those in the downtown area. Businesses whose primary operations are retail are not eligible at this time, except those located in the downtown area.
Successful applications can be awarded up to $7,000.00 as a reimbursement for improvements to buildings and real property.
The reimbursement can be up to 50% of the total project. These projects could include tuckpointing, facade improvements, signs, windows, and anything else that meaningfully improves properties.
