The City of Paris is seeking bids on the property located at 112 South Main Street.
This property is currently zoned: Residential 2. Each bid must include price, estimated time for closing and terms, a business plan, and what long-term benefits the City of Paris would experience from its development. Terms will include purpose of the proposed use on the lot and timeline to develop the business or industry. The property is centrally located within Paris City limits and maintains Missouri Highway 15 frontage.
Send bids in a sealed envelope labeled: “112 South Main Lot Bid” to the City of Paris Office located at 25804 Business Highway 24, Paris, MO by the deadline of Thursday, June 27th, 2024.
Bids will be opened and reviewed at the July 2nd 2024 regular business meeting.
The City of Paris reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
