We are here to answer any questions you have regarding utilities or billing. We can also help answer questions regarding the Paris area. Any issues you may have will be given immediate attention and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
City Council meetings are held in the Conference Room at City Hall on the first Tuesday of every month. These meetings start at 7:00PM and are open to the public.

Economic Sales Tax Grant Application
The City of Paris offers an Economic Sales Tax Grant to land owners and businesses for improvements to buildings and real property. Preference is given to those in the downtown area. Successful applicants can be awarded reimbursement of up to 50% of the total project, with a maximum of $5,000.
