On Friday, March 27, 2020, the Monroe County Commission, Monroe County Emergency Management Director, and the Monroe County Health Department Administrator entered a document into the county records called “Guidance for Missouri’s 2019 Novel Coronavirus Public Health Order”. In this guidance, explanations are given for how to effectively follow the Governor’s Social Distancing Program. It defines what is an essential business, an essential activity, and essential travel.

For a copy of this document, feel free to contact the health department and one will be mailed or emailed to you since the department is closed to public traffic. Stay healthy and safe from this virus by staying home!
