At the City of Paris we pride ourselves in the daily contribution to individual and community well being. We believe that by sharing common values we can increase the opportunity of each individual in the community. We wish to grow our community's industry and job opportunities while still maintaining our small town values. Our current population is 1,220 as of the 2010 census.

We strive to provide our community with the best service possible. We work hard to make sure Paris is a safe, friendly, beautiful place to raise a family. Our staff is readily available to help our customers with any problems or concerns they may have. We take pride in our City and hope our Residents do the same.

The City of Paris is now taking applications for a laborer position in the Street Department. Duties include assisting with all aspects of street maintenance, meter reading and other tasks as assigned. Employee must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and will be required to obtain a Missouri commercial driver’s license within 90 days of employment, possess a high school diploma or GED and meet residency requirements. The offer of employment may be conditioned upon successful completion of both a medical examination and drug screen. The salary will be based upon qualifications and includes an excellent benefit package. Applications are available at the City Office located at 112 South Main, Paris, MO 65275.
