Paris Senior Citizen Housing

Paris Missouri boasts 60 senior citizens housing apartments available to those over the age of 62 or disabled.

Three separate locations throughout Paris with centrally located laundry facilities in each set of apartments provide affordable low maintenance living for seniors.  Delivered meals are available through the local Senior Center "Meals on Wheels: program as well as in home healthcare for those who need a little extra attention.

Rents are based on income and vary from $160 to $354 with rental assistance available to those who qualify.  All units are one bedroom and the rent includes all utilities.

As an equal housing opportunity organization, these facilities are open to all who qualify by age and income.  Senior housing is a great place to spend "golden years" free of the responsibility of home maintenance and yard work.
