Services include:
Review criminal investigations by various law enforcement
agencies and determine if charges should be filed under State Law. Make
recommendations for disposition, and prosecute all such cases at trial.
Assist merchants and individuals in collecting criminal bad checks.
Provide civil legal advice to the County Commission.
Provide assistance to crime victims.
Enforce payment of child support by absent parents.
Advise the County Planning and Zoning Commission.
