Paris is a member of the Missouri One Call System (MOCS) service organization that centralizes excavation  notification, location of underground facilities, and dispatching of assistance when underground facility damage occurs.  MOCS also promotes safe digging.  Visit the MOCS website for details of new laws, printable forms, newsletters, safety, membership, & the Excavator's Manual.

  • Type of Equipment Used: Explosives / Tunneling / Horizontal Boring
  • Work Location: Street / Sidewalk / Private Property / Front / Rear Side
  • Work Being Done for: Contact Person & Telephone Number
  • Best Time to Call Back: AM / PM / After 5:00 PM
